RETURNS & EXCHANGES
They must be carried out within the 15 days following receipt of the order.
The invoice or purchase receipt must be attached with the returned package.
Exchanges or returns of dirty, damaged or unlabeled garments will not be accepted.
Changes and returns are valid by the client (except for shipping errors by QUKOA, SL or defective product).
. How to make a return?:
The customer will make the return with their usual transport company, sending the package in the name of QUKOA, SL to the address MADALENOSTE 2-3 (48200) Durango-Vizcaya.
. How to make a change?:
2 possibilities:
- Return the item (as explained in the previous section) and place a new order.
- Request a return package. QUKOA, SL will send a courier to your home to collect the item and deliver the new one.
The cost of the return package is 9 euros.
